Disneyland

  1. Moody Brew – this pineapple and lime juice frozen slushie is available at the Tomorrowland Terrace and comes with a glow cube that shines through the juice giving it an eerie look. Its size makes is very shareable. While Halloween day occurs in fall, Halloween time starts in early September in Disneyland and it is still very warm in those late summer days and early fall days – so take advantage of this sweet frozen treat as a way to refresh and treat yourself.IMG_2852
  2. Spam Musubi – Another delicious find at Bengal Barbeque in Disneyland is a meal in itself. The spam is delicious with a tangy flavor. The spice is in the radish and carrots, so if you are sharing with those who don’t like spice – they may not want to partake in this part.IMG_3397

Disney California Adventure

  1. Cookies and Cream Funnel Fries – I have to admit that funnel cake is something I enjoy, but it is always difficult to divvy up – funnel fries – these are genius! The warm fries are topped with whipped cream, cookies and cream and crushed cookies. It looks like a small plate, but three of us had just enough to be satisfied. It isn’t greasy, its filling and hits the mark on perfect amount of sweetness. This gets a 10/10. Seriously. Get these. They can be found at Award Wieners in Disney California Adventure.
  2. Spicy Pepper Jack Dog – Do you like cheese? Do you like fried cheese? Then this is your thing! Find this cheesy filled, corn dog batter covered goodness topped with blackberry sauce and topped with pineapple and spicy serranos at the Corn Dog Castle in Disney California Adventure. While this spicy treat is likely just for adults and kiddos who enjoy spice – a little indulgence now and again – it is trick or treat time!

There are many Halloween special treats to be enjoyed but we found these four to be unique and tasty treats that are worth the stop.
