Ever since I started receiving our monthly box of age-appropriate books curated around a theme, I have been telling my friends, neighbors, and anyone that will listen how great it is. This is not a sponsored post. This is an honest review and recommendation of a product I personally use and love, Literati.
We love books. Books allow us to learn, grow, and understand. This month we wrote two articles on books for military children. We wrote a review on books about deployment, and books on the pride and culture of military service. In those articles I mentioned how we never know which books are going to bring us the message we need most. A book may speak to a child for its direct message. A book may speak to a child in an intangible way. I have personally researched and searched for all the books on military life for our collection, but ultimately it may be a book that has nothing to do with military life that allows my little one to understand separation from a parent, pride in duty and occupation, and other important aspects of their life.
I look forward to seeing how my little one picks which books we keep each month. They are often books I would not have considered buying or taking out of the library myself. Some of the books are made out of materials that would not be found in a library collection (fabric!). My family has discovered some of our favorite books and series through Literati.

Some months we have retuned every single book after enjoying reading them multiple times. Other months we fall in love with multiple books and kept them.
