KIDSTOCK! When you hear that term are images form the history books of Woodstock reminiscent? KIDSTOCK is reminiscent of the concerts of Woodstock, in kid version. Pretend City is one of our favorite places, and April 1- 10 it has the added bonus of not just being a town built for kids to challenge and work on milestone growth but also has a room transformed into a concert hall with activities.
Open 10-4 seven days a week, KIDSTOCK runs now until April 10th. It boasts a stage with planned performances at 11 and 3 daily for the run of the festival.
When you first walk into the room, the colorful set up will catch your eye. Activities or bracelet making, a wishing well, teepees with a campfire and a bubble station! Working on coordination and fine motor skills while having fun? Bring it on!
To the right of the concert stage, flower crowns can be made and adorned throughout the day.
When a concert is not taking place, hula hoops are on stage which is sure to catch the eye of your active kiddos.
That is not all. Oh no. Kids can PAINT A CAR in the Paint yard just outside. The pain yard will be open after KIDSTOCK until April 20th so now is your time to let your kids test their art skills in a industrial medium. Be sure to remind them that this kind of activity only occurs at Pretend City.
